Branson Towers Hotel

This was a great location off the strip. It's up on a hill so you could look down and see various sites throughout Branson. All of the front desk staff and other employees were very friendly. On our way out there were even a couple of maintenance men that asked if we needed assistance carrying our luggage to the car. The hotel was extremely clean, as we also wipe down and clean the room when we get there. The only thing we observed was a few hairs in each tub. The breakfast was really good and they had a wide variety and a lot of seating. They had free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea all day. On Friday and Saturday night they had their ice cream social with different cobblers and ice cream for the guest. The hotel had a very homey atmosphere and the hallways were wide enough for anybody with a wheelchair or walkers. The lobby is large and had tables and chairs set up as well as having a fireplace. There was also a pool and hot tub located in the middle of the buildings. It was in a separate building but it was not an issue to get to. The pool room was very clean and my only suggestion would be to get a new hot tub with jets that treat your lower back. There's outside seating in between the hotel and the pool which was very nice in case you want to spread out and just enjoy nature. The rooms were large enough to keep our luggage out of the way. I rated this hotel a 5 because it's cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff in the hotel, free deluxe breakfast, and location! They had even gotten their Christmas tree up in the breakfast room. We stayed for fall break October 17th through the 19th.

Can I give 4.5 stars? We love this place, this was our second visit. The rooms are always spacious, and the pool house is large. I only wish they'd crank the heat up on the hot tub a little, and we didn't read the fine print about breakfast... The first time we came, the breakfast was amazing with so many hot food choices as well as continental choices. This time there were only continental choices, i.e. packaged granola bars. We were so disappointed. I get it's the off season, but they looked like they had plenty of visitors in their hotel to provide a hot breakfast still, maybe at least on weekends? We may go somewhere else next time for a hotter hot tub, but you really cant best the spaciousness, cleanliness and fun things to do here.

A most beautiful hotel. Loved the pool although we didn't get the chance to use it. Everything about it was awesome. The staff, breakfast, the rooms!! so clean and comfortable.

We took a church group of 56 people, and everything was spectacular! We rented 28 rooms for two days, and the process could not have been smoother. Everything from check-in, to room quality, to the spectacular breakfast was amazing! Marcci in group sales is professional, kind, and easy to coordinate with. We cannot wait to visit this hotel again, and we are so very thankful we stayed there!

We booked our much-needed weekend getaway here explicitly because the Travelocity site bragged about their fantastic breakfast buffet. When we got to the front desk the clerk told us it was seasonal and we could expect only a continental-style breakfast. Very disappointing.

Quiet location. Great breakfast and kid friendly. Pool and hot tub was well maintained and rooms were clean! Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is big and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was mostly clean. There was some stain on the window curtain and the tub handle had mold under it. These are easy fixes and I let the staff know. She said she would get maintenance on it. Biggest complaint was the bed was so hard! There wasn’t a lot of light in the room. There could have been a couch or different chairs in the room. The tv would not turn channels very easily but as long as your patient you can get to a few good channels. The bed to me was clean and looked new but hard as a brick. My back was locked up all weekend. The pool says it’s indoor and it is but BE AWARE it is not heated! This was a small letdown for us. Overall it was a good stay besides the hard bed.

Our visit was everything we expected and more! We absolutely loved the Christmas decorations and taking pictures in our pajamas by the fireplace. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’d also like to give a special mention to the wonderful lady at the breakfast buffet on Monday morning who surprised me with a Christmas donut for my birthday weekend. Thank you for making it extra special!
